I had the joy of photographing chef and cookbook author Amy Chaplin for Pineapple Collaborative’s Pine for Pantry series. I met with Amy and Pineapple founder, Ariel Pasternak, at Amy’s home, a beautifully restored 1800s former grocery store in upstate New York—now a warm, ingredient-filled haven that reflects her thoughtful approach to cooking. We explored her pantry, talked about her favorite ingredients, and captured the quiet beauty of a space built around nourishment, creativity, and care.
