Intercambio Restaurant

I was invited by Chef Daniel Sharp to photograph his vibrant new restaurant concept in Oaxaca, Mexico, located on the lush rooftop terrace of Hotel Pilares. Daniel wanted to capture the color, creativity, and seasonal inspiration behind his dishes, set against the backdrop of a space filled with greenery, natural light, and the energy of Oaxaca. The result was a shoot that celebrated bold flavors, thoughtful plating, and gorgeous interior design both elevated and deeply rooted in place.
