For this shoot, we wanted to capture the heart of Z&Z—a family-owned business known for their mouth-watering Middle Eastern flatbreads and signature spice blends. The focus was on showcasing the rich, colorful world of za’atar and its extended family of bold, aromatic spices that the Z&Z family carefully sources and blends. From vibrant overhead shots to warm, inviting close-ups, the goal was to highlight the versatility of these spices in everyday cooking. Whether sprinkled over a citrus salad, swimming in a lake of olive oil, or added to grilled chicken wings, each setup was designed to inspire the at-home cook to bring Middle Eastern flavor into their own kitchen.
